Project: Power200 - Rallying a Business Unit to Make History
Challenge
As the Power Distribution Business Unit prepared to close a successful 2019, the Senior Vice President approached me with an ambitious objective: energize and align the team to reach an unprecedented $200M contribution margin in 2020. This would mark a historic first for any single Business Unit within the organization—an achievement requiring unwavering focus, motivation, and unity across teams.
Solution
I led the strategic development of Power200, a unifying internal campaign designed to inspire performance and reinforce a shared mission. My team executed a multi-touch initiative that launched with a personalized holiday card from the SVP, which acknowledged past success and introduced the bold new target. To sustain momentum and morale, we created branded campaign swag and curated celebratory goodies, all designed to reinforce a collective sense of pride, purpose, and possibility.

The Power200 campaign quickly gained traction across the organization, becoming both a rallying cry and a visual identity for the team’s 2020 efforts.
