Accelerating Growth Through Strategic Enablement
Challenge
As Prysmian Group North America expanded its digital solutions portfolio, the VP of Global Business Development, Strategy and M&A and the Power Distribution team partnered with my team to bring a new initiative to life: the PGNA Renewable Preferred Partner Program. This program aimed to elevate the commercial value proposition through enhanced service levels, technical innovation, and strategic alignment with key customers. While the vision was clear, the digital solution was a net-new product with minimal budget allocation, limited existing content, and a tight timeline for execution.
Solution
Under my leadership, the marketing team collaborated closely with the VP to refine and shape the program into a cohesive, market-ready initiative. We translated technical components—ranging from reserved production capacity to digital tools like the ALESEA Virtual Assistant—into clear, compelling messaging and visuals. Despite budget constraints, I proactively reallocated funding within my department to ensure the initiative received the creative and strategic support it needed, without compromising broader marketing priorities. The resulting materials included presentation decks, positioning content, and enablement tools designed to support both business development and customer engagement efforts.
Impact
The launch of the program positioned Prysmian as a forward-thinking, service-led partner within the energy infrastructure space. The materials we developed were adopted by commercial teams across North America, helping secure high-value partnerships and build momentum around Prysmian’s differentiated and bundled offerings. Beyond the immediate commercial lift, the initiative served as a proof point for how lean, high-impact marketing support can accelerate business development and enhance cross-functional collaboration—even with constrained resources.

As part of the broader PGNA Partner Program rollout, this video highlights a targeted use case within the renewable energy sector—specifically, wind farm infrastructure.
